All collected data is limited to what is necessary to provide and secure our services, in accordance with Serbian data protection regulations.

We do not sell your personal data. We share limited information strictly for the purpose of payment processing:

Payment Gateways: All financial transactions are processed through PayPal and Tebex. These providers receive your payment details directly via encrypted protocols. Wingnode only receives confirmation of the transaction status.
Legal obligations: Information may be shared only when requested by competent Serbian authorities in accordance with the law.
In all cases, we ensure that our payment partners (PayPal, Tebex) follow strict global security and data protection standards (PCI-DSS).

Privacy 4: Cookies & tracking

Our website may use cookies to:

Privacy 7: Wingman AI Data & Monitoring

By using Wingman AI, you acknowledge and agree to the following data handling protocols:

Prompt Logging: All prompts, queries, and instructions sent to Wingman AI are logged and stored. This data is used exclusively for monitoring security (detecting jailbreak attempts), providing technical support, and improving the AI's accuracy.
Access Control: Only authorized Wingnode staff members have access to these logs. If you accidentally share sensitive information (passwords, API keys, personal data) with the AI, it remains within our secure environment and is never shared with third parties.
Strict Data Isolation: Wingman AI is strictly prohibited from sharing information between different users. The AI cannot "learn" from your private data to answer other clients' queries. Your server's file structure and content remain private to your account.
Third-Party Processing: While prompts are processed by our AI partner (Anthropic), they are sent via secure, encrypted channels. According to our agreements, these prompts are not used to train global AI models and are handled in compliance with strict privacy standards.
