WingNode was founded in 2024 to fix a specific problem: hosting panels stopped innovating around 2018. Wingman AI is the result — an LLM-powered co-pilot that lives inside the panel and actually understands what your server is doing.
Why we built Wingman AI
Game server panels — Multicraft, Pterodactyl, NodePanel — solved the 2010s problem of "give customers a web UI instead of SSH." That was the right thing then. But the panel never really got smarter. You’d still paste your crash log into a forum search, still guess at JVM flags, still ask a tier-1 support agent to copy a wiki article back to you.
Wingman AI is the LLM-powered assistant we wished existed when we ran our own community servers. It reads logs, recommends mods, tunes JVM flags, runs RCON commands — all from the panel, in plain language.

Wingman AI is in-house, not a third-party widget.
The assistant is embedded directly into the file manager, console, and configurator. It has read access to your server state.
Custom L7 anti-DDoS.
We don’t license mitigation; we wrote the L7 layer ourselves. That lets us patch attack patterns specific to game protocols faster than any vendor.
