Users must provide accurate and up-to-date registration details. You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials and any activities conducted under your account. WingNode Hosting is not liable for damages arising from unauthorized access to your account.
In case of a suspected security breach, you must notify us immediately to prevent unauthorized access.
Services may be suspended or terminated if the user:
During suspension, users cannot request server backups. Data will be retained for 7 days after suspension before being permanently deleted. WingNode Hosting is not responsible for any data loss unless a backup service is explicitly agreed upon.
Services may be permanently deleted after three days of non-payment.
No refunds will be issued for purchased services, including those suspended or terminated due to violations of these terms.
Refunds may be considered in cases of prolonged service downtime caused by WingNode Hosting, provided the user submits a valid claim.
Users are prohibited from using our services for:
Users are responsible for backing up their data unless an additional backup service has been arranged. WingNode Hosting is not liable for data loss due to user error, technical issues, or unauthorized access.
We recommend regular backups to prevent data loss in case of unforeseen circumstances.
WingNode Hosting reserves the right to modify these terms and service prices at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes at least 14 days in advance.
Continued use of our services after modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Serbia. Any disputes will be resolved in the competent Serbian courts.
WingNode Hosting is not responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted service availability, and planned maintenance or unforeseen issues may cause temporary downtime.
We respect user privacy and handle personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to data collection and processing as outlined in our policy.
